When You’re the Only Boy, Good Things Happen.

Olaf

Sometimes great things happen because you are in the right place at the right time. And sometimes you get to play the lead male role because you’re the only boy in the class.

(Drumroll…)

In the upcoming stage performance of Elsa and Olaf’s Winter Wonderland, Tyler has been cast as Olaf!

In a musical theater family, he has just won the Heisman.

Tyler was most excited to tell Uncle Rob, and within minutes of sharing the news, my brother sent a video from the cast at Walt Disney World’s Hoop Dee Doo Revue. His friends graciousy hooped and hollered as Rob shared the news about his nephew, because they too are show people. They know what it is to be ‘cast.’

And now Tyler is one of them.

It’s good to be chosen. We’re dreaming big and dancing light at our house.

Sometimes typecasting is a beautiful thing, especially when you are the right type.

Olaf

“The hot and the cold are both so intense, put them together – it just makes sense.”
